फा. सं. 01 /94/180/ 5727ए एम-07/पी सी-1. विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त' शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार , प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) में, एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं:-
( 1 ) पैरा 3.12 का चौथा उप- पैरा संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
" साफ्टवेयर निर्यातकों को स्वयं को इलेक्ट्रानिक और साफ्टवेयर निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद में पंजीकरण कराना होगा । प्रक्रिया पुस्तक (खण्ड-1 ) के परिशिष्ट-2 की क्रम संख्या 34 में यथा सूचीबद्ध 13 विशिष्ट सेवाओं के निर्यातकों को स्वयं को 'सेवा निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद में पंजीकृत करना अपेक्षित है । अन्य सेवा निर्यातकों को स्वयं को भारतीय निर्यातक संगठन के परिसंघ ( फियो) में पंजीकरण कराना होगा " । :
(2) पैरा 3.12 का छठा उप - पैरा हटा दिया गया है ।
(3). प्रक्रिया पुस्तक के परिशिष्ट -2 के तहत निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद्/पण्य बोर्ड की सूची में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाता है: -

F. No. 01 /94/180/572 /AM- 07/PC - 1 .---In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments Handbook of Procedure, (Volume- 1): ---
(1) Fourth sub- para of Para 3.12 is amended to read as follows:
"Software exporters shall register themselves with Electronic and Software Export Promotion Council . Exporters of 13 specific services as listed in Sl . No. 34 of Appendix - 2 of Handbook of Procedure (Volume - I ) are requiredto register themselves with the Services Export Promotion Council . Other service exporters shall register themselves with Federation of Indian Exporters Organisation " .
(2) Sixth sub -para of Para 3.12 is deleted.
(3) The following is added in the list of Export Promotion Councils / Commodity Board under Appendix - 2 of the Handbook of procedure:--
