का.आ. 316( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ़ ) के परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की -अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 267 ( अ ) तारीख 26 फरवरी , 2004 में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " श्री वी. के. श्रीवास्तव " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " श्री के. एल. देवगन " शब्द और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 316 (E) .--In pursuance of clause ( iii ) of the proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the FactoriesAct, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel , No. S.O. 267(E) , dated the 26th February , 2004, namley :-
In the said Notification, for the words and letters "Shri V. K. Srivastava " , the words and letters " Shri K. L. Dewangan" shall be substituted.

का.आ. 317( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ़ ) के परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1683 (अ ) तारीख 24 नवम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में,-
( i ) क्रम संख्यांक 2 और उसने संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

No. S.O. 1683 (E) , dated the 24th November , 2005 nemlev :-
