का.आ. 323( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 42 ) की धारा 29 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि अधिनियम की अनुसूची I का संशोधन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है अधिनियम की अंनुसूची I में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इसका संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , अनुसूची I संशोधन आदेश , 2007 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 की अनुसूची 1 में ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् अनुसूची I कहा गया है ) , पैरा 1 से पूर्व निम्नलिखित पैरा अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 1 क. सभी राज्यों द्वारा धारा 4 के अधीन अधिसूचित स्कीम को ' राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी स्कीम ' कहा जा सकेगा जो सुसंगत राज्य के नाम द्वारा अनुसरित होगी। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम से संबंधित सभी दस्तावेजों में राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी स्कीम ( रा.ग्रां.रो.गा. स्की. ) " का उल्लेख अवश्य होना चाहिए ।
3. अनूसूची 1 के पैरा 1 में, उप- पैरा ( iv ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप - पैरा रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( iv ) अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों या गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के कुटुम्बों या भूमि सुधार के हिताधिकारियों या भारत सरकार की इंदिरा आवास योजना के अधीन हिताधिकारियों की स्वयं की गृहस्थी भूमि के लिए सिंचाई प्रसुविधा, बागवानी बागान और भूमि विकास प्रसुविधा का उपबंध । "

New Delhi , the 6th March, 2007
S.O. 323 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1) ofSection 29 of the National Rural Employ- ment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005) and being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient to amend Schedule I of the Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule I ofthe Act, namely :-
1. (1) It maybe called the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, Schedule I Amendment Order , 2007.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In Schedule I to the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (hereinafter referred to as Schedule 1), before paragraph 1 the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:-
" 1 A. The scheme notified under Section 4 by all the States shall be called ' National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme' followed by the name of the relevant State . All documents pertaining to National Rural Employment GuaranteeAct must have mention of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS ) " .
3. In Schedule I, in paragraph 1, for sub - paragraph ( iv) , the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(iv) Provision of irrigation facility, horticulture plantation and land development facilities on land owned by households belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes or to Below Poverty Line families or to beneficiaries of land reforms or to the beneficiaries under the Indira Awas Yojana of the Government of India."

का.आ. 324( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की धारा 29 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि अधिनियम की अनुसूची 11 का संशोधन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है अधिनियम की अनुसूची II में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इसका संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम अनुसूची II संशोधन आदेश , 2007 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
अर्थात्: - 2. राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 की अनुसूची II में, पैरा 13 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा जाएगा , " 13. स्कीम के अधीन कोई नया कार्य आरंभ किया जा सकता है, यदि कम से कम दस श्रमिक कार्य के लिए उपलब्ध हो जाते हैं । "
