सा.का.नि. 178( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 6/2006-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख । मार्च , 2006 भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में प्रकाशित सा.का.नि. 96( अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: - r

G.S.R. 178 (E) .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 5A of the Central Excise Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) . the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 6:2006 - Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2006 which was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 96 ( E ) , dated the 1st March, 2006, namely :---
Inthe said notification , in the Table, for S. No. 54B and the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted :
