New Delhi , the 6th March, 2007 नई दिल्ली, 6 मार्च , 2007
S.O. 326(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) ofSection 396 of the Companies Act, 1956( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II , Section 3 ( ii) , dated the 17th January, 1994, vide number S. O. 28 (E) dated the 12th January, 1994 ( hereafter referred to as the said notification).
का.आ. 326( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 396 की उपधारा ( 1 ) और उपधारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हए , तत्कालीन विधि, न्याय और कम्पनी कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिसूचना कहा गया है ) जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 ( ii ) तारीख 17 जनवरी , 1994 में सं. का.आ. 28 (अ ) , तारीख 12 जनवरी , 1994 द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
2. Short title-This order may be called as the MalabarSteel Re - rolling Mill Limited and Steel Complex Limited (Amalgamation) Amendment Order, 2007.
2. संक्षिप्त नाम इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम मालाबार स्टील री - रोलिंग मिल्स लिमिटेड और स्टील कॉम्पलक्स लिमिटेड (समामेलन) संशोधन आदेश , 2007 है ।
3. उक्त अधिसूचना में " परिभाषाएं " से संबंधित पैरा 2 में " 31 मार्च 1991 " शब्द और अंकों के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च 1986 " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
3. In the said Notification , in para 2 relating to "Definitions", for the words and figures "31st day of March 1991 " , the words and figures "31st day of March 1986" shall be substituted .
