का.आ. 328 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1247( अ ) , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 2 अगस्त, 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
