सं. यू-23013 / 14/2006- एल. डब्ल्यू.- ठेका श्रम (विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग I, खंड 1 में दिनांक 27 जून, 2006 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्: -
उक्त संकल्प में पैरा 2 में क्रम संख्या (4 ) और ( 5 ) तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिंखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

No. U- 23013/ 14/2006- LW. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India , Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part I, Section 1 , dated 27th June , 2006 namely:-
