का.आ. 338( अ )-चिट फण्ड अधिनियम , 1982 ( 1982 का 40 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , अप्रैल , 2007 के प्रथम दिन को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र , दिल्ली में लागू होंगे।

New Delhi , the 9th March, 2007
S.O. 338 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub -section (3 ) of Section 1 of the Chit Funds Act , 1982 (40 of 1982), the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of April , 2007 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the National Capital Territory ofDelhi .
