का.आ. 336( अ ) - सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 5 ( 1 ) के निबन्धनों के अनुसार श्री आर, सी . सेठी , भारत के अपर महारजिस्ट्रार को भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय के अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों , राज्य/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य निदेशालयों के अन्तर्गत आने वाले मामलों के संबंध में अपीलीय प्राधिकारी पदनामित किया गया है ।
