का.आ. 353( अ ). वस्त्र समिति अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 41 ) की धारा 5ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 30 जनवरी , 2004 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित वस्त्र मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 148 ( अ ) , को रद्द करते हुए केंद्र सरकार एतद्वारा शाखा सचिवालय , मुंबई विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय , विधि कार्य विभाग में श्री जे. खोसला , संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधि सलाहकार से युक्त एक व्यक्तिका अधिकरण गठित करती है ।
S.O. 353 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5B of the Textiles Committee Act, 1963 (41 of 1963) and in supersession of the Ministry of Textiles notification number S.O. 148 (E) , dated the 30th January, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), the Central Government hereby constitutes the one person Tribunal comprising Shri J. Khosla, Joint Secretary and Legal Advisor, in the Ministry of Law and Justice , Department of Legal Affairs at Branch Secretariat , Mumbai .
2. Shri J. Khosla shall , in addition to his duties and functions as Joint Secretary and Legal Advisor, Department ofLegal Affairs , Ministry of Law and Justice , exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred or imposed on the Tribunal by or under the said Act .
2. श्री जे. खोसला , संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधि सलाहकार , विधि कार्य विभाग , विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय के रूप में अपने दायित्वों और कार्यों के अतिरिक्त उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के तहत अधिकरण को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और उसे सौंपे गए कार्यों का निष्पादन करेंगे ।
3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
3. यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी ।
