का.आ. 355( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29 ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , आरक्षण पर सलाहकार समिति द्वारा उसे की गई सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात् यह निदेश करती है कि भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन उद्योगमंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 477( अ) तारीख 25 जुलाई, 1991 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th March, 2007
S.O. 355 (F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29B of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government , after considering the recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee on reservation , hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) number S.O. 477 (E) dated the 25th July, 1991 , namely : ---
