का.आ. 366( अ ), भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) ( अस्मधारण ) में प्रकाशित इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 28 दिसम्बर, 2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2161 ( अ ) के क्रम में उत्प्रवास अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) की धारा 41 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, वेटिकन सिटी में भर्ती के तरीकों और रोजगारों की शर्तों तथा उत्प्रवासियों को उपलब्ध करायी जा रही रहन- सहन और काम करने की मानक परिस्थितियों के संबंध में संतुष्ट होने के कारण , वेटिकन सिटी जाने वाले भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 22 के संचलन से छूट प्रदान करती है ।

MINISTRY OF OVERSEAS INDIAN AFFAIRS (Emigration Policy Dívision) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th March , 2007,
S.O. 366 (E) . In continuation of this Ministry's notification number S.O. 2161 (E) dated 28th December , 2006 published in the Gazette of India Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) , Extraordinary and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1) of Section 41 of the Emigration Act , 1983 (31 of 1983), the Central Government , on being satisfied that having regard to method of recruitment and conditions of employment and standard conditions of living and working being provided to emigrants in Vatican City , it is expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts every citizen of India going to Vatican City from the operation of Section 22 of the said Act.
