का. आ. 371 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन इंडिया पीपर एंड स्पाइस ट्रेड एसोसिएशन , कोची द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एक्सचेंज को आर एस एस 4 रबड़ में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 24 मार्च, 2007 से 23 मार्च , 2008 तक (दोनों दिन शामिल ) एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता नवीनीकरण करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्यधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th March, 2007
S. O. 371 (E) . The Central Government having considered in consültation with the Forward Markets Commis- sion, the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of1952), by the India Pepper and Spice Trade Association, Kochi , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of one year from 24th March, 2007 to 23rd March, 2008 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in RSS 4 Rubber .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
