G.S.R. 199 (E) . In partial modification of Notification No. 10(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II , Section - 3 , Sub- Section- ( i ) on 10 January, 2006, the Recruitment Regulations for the post ofAE(C) and AE (E) DDA- 2005 mentioned in Col. No. 1 (i) and 1 (ii ) in the notification and in its Schedule following. amendments are made :-
सा.का.नि. 199( अ ) भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , भाग 2; खण्ड 3 , उप- खंण्ड ( i ) की अधिसूचना सं. 10 ( अ) दिनांक 10 जनवरी , 2006 में प्रकाशित सहायक अभियन्ता ( सिविल ) और सहायक अभियन्ता ( विद्युत ) के भर्ती विनियम के आंशिक संशोधन में अधिसूचना के कॉलम 1 ( i ) व 1 ( ii ) एवं अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाते हैं :-
1. (i ) The Recruitment Regulations of AE-(C ) and AE (E) DDA -2005 may be read as :----
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों को जैसा कि अनुसूची में दिया गया है, सहायक अभियन्ता ( सिविल ) व सहायक अभियन्ता ( विद्युत ) के भंर्ती विनियम, दि.वि.प्रा.- 2005 के स्थान पर:-
(1) The RRs for the post of AE (C) Gazetted (Non- Ministerial) DDA 2006 and
( 1) सहायक अभियन्ता ( सिविल ) राजपत्रित/( गैर लिपिक) विनियम दि.वि.प्रा. 2006 एवं
(2) The RRs for the post of AE (E) Gazetted (Non- Ministerial) DDA 2006 .
(2 ) सहायक अभियन्ता ( विद्युत ) राजपत्रित ( गैर लिपिक) विनियम दि.वि.प्रां. 2006 पढ़ा जाये ।
1. (ii) These Recruitment Regulations shall come into force w.e.f. 10-1-2006 the date of its notification in the Gazette of India in place of28-6-2004.
2. Power to Relax
1. ( ii ) ये भर्ती विनियम दिनांक 28-6-2004 के स्थान पर इनके भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि 10-1-2006 सेलागू माने जाएंगे ।
2. शिथिल करने की शक्ति
In the first line of Column-3 of the notification the words "Appointing Authority " may be read as " Chairman , DDA/L.G. , Delhi . "
अधिसूचना के कॉलम -3 में प्रथम पंक्ति में "सक्षम अधिकारी " शब्दों के स्थान पर
[No. F. 7 (59)2004/PB - I] " अध्यक्ष, दि.वि.प्रा./उपराज्यपाल , दिल्ली " पढ़ा जाये ।
