नई दिल्ली, 15 मार्च , 2007
का.आ. 377( अ ) चूंकि संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार , जिन्हें स्वापक औषधियों तथा मनः प्रभावी पदार्थों के अवैध व्यापार की रोकथाम की अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन विशेष रूप शक्ति प्राप्त हैं, ने उक्त उप - धारा के अंतर्गत फा. सं. 801/5/2006- पी आई टी एन डी पी एस दिनांक 3-4-2006 के अधीन जारी आदेश में निदेश दिया है कि राम लाल गुज्जर सुपुत्र श्री गंगा बिशन, निवासी टैगोर मौहल्ला , मंडी रोड , भवानी मण्डी, राजस्थान को स्वापक औषधियों की आपूर्ति एवं परिवहन की व्यवस्था करने से रोकने की दृष्टि से निरुद्ध किया जाए और उसे अर्थर रोड केन्द्रीय कारागार , मुम्बई में हिरासत में रखा जाये ।
2. चूंकि केन्द्रीय सरकार के पास यह विश्वास करने का कारण है कि उपर्युक्त व्यक्ति फरार हो गया है अथवा अपने आपको छिपा रहा है ताकि आदेश का पालन न हो सके ।
3. अतः , अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त व्यक्ति को यह निदेश देती है कि वह सरकारी गजट में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन के 10 दिन के भीतर श्री एच. राघवेन्द्र सुहासा, पुलिस अधीक्षक जिला झालवर, गढ़ परिसर, झालवर, राजस्थान-326001 के समक्ष हाजिर हो ।

New Delhi , the 15th March, 2007
S.O. 377 (E) .-Whereas the Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , specially empowered under Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 issued order F. No. 801/5/2006 - PITNDPS dated 3-4-2006 under the said Sub-sectiondirecting that Shri Ramlal Gujjar S/o Shri Ganga Bishan R/ o Tagore Mohalla , Mandi Road, Bhawani Mandi, District Jhalawar , Rajasthan, be detained and kept in custody in the Arthur Road Central Jail , Mumbai with a viewto preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking ofNarcotic Drugs .
2. Whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the order cannot be executed.
3.Now, therefore , in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub- section (1) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before Shri H. Raghavendra Suhasa, Supdt . of Police , Dist . Jhalawar , Garh Parisar , Jhalawar , Rajasthan - 326001 , within 10 days of the publication of this order in the Official Gazette .
