सं. एल. 7/25( 7 )/2004-विधिक, 1-4-2004 से आयोग द्वारा टैरिफ का अंतिम अवधारण लंबित रहने तक , तारीख 30-4-2004 की अधिसूचना के निबंधनों के अनुसार आयोग ने केन्द्रीय ऊर्जा सेक्टर उपयोगिताओं द्वारा प्रभारों की बिलिंग की रीति विनिर्दिष्ट की थी। तारीख 30-4-2004 की उक्तं सूचना , जो आरंभिक रूप से 30-9-2004 तक विधिमान्य है , तारीख 9-10-2006 को भारत के राजपत्र (अस्तधारण ) , भाग III , खण्ड 4 में प्रकाशित तारीख 28-9-2006 की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, कुछ कतिपय उपांतरणों के साथ, इस समय 31-3-2007 तक विस्तारित है ।
2. यह घोषणा की जाती है कि ऐसे उत्पादन केन्द्रों और पारेषण आस्तियों के संबंध में, जिनके लिए 2004-2009 की टैरिफ अवधि हेतु अंतिम टैरिफ आदेश अभी जारी नहीं किए गए हैं , प्रभारों की अनंतिम बिलिंग संबंधी तारीख 9-10-2006 की उक्त अधिसूचना, 30-9-2007 की और अवधि के लिए या टैरिफ के अनुमोदन के लिए उपयोगिताओं द्वारा किए गए आवेदनों का निपटान किए जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो, जरी रहेगी ।
3. अनंतिम बिलिंग पर आधारित टैरिफ प्रभार आयोग द्वारा टैरिफ के अंतिम अवधारण के पश्चात् समायोजन के अधीन रहते हुए होगा ।

CENTRAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th March, 2007
No. 1-7/ 25 ( 7)/2004 - Legal . In terms of the notification dated 30-4-2004, the Commission had specified the manner ofbilling of charges by the Central Power Sector Utilities , pending final determination of tariff by the Commission with effect from 1-4-2004 . The said notification dated 30-4-2004, initially valid up to 30-9-2004, presently stands extended up to 31-3-2007 , with certain modifications , in accordance with the notification dated 28-9-2006, published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary ) , Part III . Section 4 , dated 9-10-2006.
: 2. It is hereby directed that in respect of the generating stations and the transmission assets for which final tariff orders for the tariff period 2004 2009 are not yet issued, the said notification dated 9-10-2006 on provisional billing of charges shall be continued for a further period up to 30-9-2007 or till disposal of the applications made by the utilities for approval of tariff , whichever is earlier .
3. The tariff charges based on provisional billing shall be subject to adjustment efter final determination of tariff by the Commission.
