सा.का.नि. 203( अ ) राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम , 1993 ( 1993 की 73 ) की धारा 26 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) तथा ( 2 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयुक्त करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार ने भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक के परामर्श से राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् नियमावली , 2000 ( वार्षिक लेखा विवरण ) में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाए हैं :-.
1. लघु शीर्षक तथा प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् संशोधन नियमावली , 2007 ( वार्षिक लेखा विवरण) कहा जाए ।
(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् नियमावली , 2000 ( वार्षिक लेखा विवरण ) के नियम 3 में उप- नियम ( 2 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को स्थापित किया जाएगा :-
" ( 2 ) परिषद् द्वारा पूर्णतया अनुमोदित लेखा परीक्षित वार्षिक विवरण तथा उनकी वार्षिक लेखा परीक्षा रिपोर्ट उस वित्तीय वर्ष जिससे लेखे संबंधित हैं, के अंत में नौ माह की अवधि के भीतर केन्द्र सरकार को सदस्य सचिव द्वारा भेजी जाएगी। "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th March , 2007
G.S.R. 203 ( E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of Section 26 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act , 1993 (73 of 1993 ) , the Central Government in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India hereby makes the following rules , further to amend the National Council for Teacher Education (Annual Statements of Accounts) Rules , 2000 , namely : ---
1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the National Council for Teacher Education (Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules , 2007.
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the National Council for Teacher Education ( Annual Statement of Accounts ) Rules , 2000 , in Rule 3 , for sub- rule (2) the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 2 ) The audited annual statement of accounts and the annual Audit Report thereon duly approved by the Council shall be submitted by the Member Secretary to the Central Government within nine months of the end of the financial year to which the accounts , relate . "
