सं. 42/2007-सीमाशुल्क
सा.का.नि. 212( अ )-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क, अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002-सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 , सा.का. नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 212( E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub- section ( 1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, onbeing satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 21 /2002 -Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March, 2002 , namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रस्तावना में, परंतुक में खण्ड ( च) में, शब्द और अंक " 1 अगस्त, 2007 " के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक " 1 अप्रैल , 2008 " को प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
In the said notification , in the preamble , in the proviso, in clause (f) , for the words and figures " Ist day of August, 2007 " , the words and figures " 1st day of April, 2008 " shall be substituted.

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amendedby notification No. 37/2007-Customs , dated the 7th March, 2007 which was published inthe Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 179 (E) , dated the 7th March, 2007 .
टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 37/2007- सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 7 मार्च , 2007 , सा.का.नि. 179 ( अ ) तारीख 7 मार्च, 2007 द्वारा किया गया था ।
