का.आ. 401( अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसमें उसमें निर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है : -

पंजाब में 2 - अमृतसर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिए निर्वाचन
निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 64 के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 66 में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनसरण में , मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि-
नवजोत सिंह सिद्ध, 213-ई ब्लाक, रंजीत एवेन्यू, अमृतसर ,
जो भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा खड़े किए गए थे, उस सदन में श्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्ध, संसद सदस्य द्वारा 2- अमृतसर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के स्थान से त्यागपत्र देने के कारण हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं।
