सां.का.पि. 219( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम के साथ विचार- विमर्श करने के पश्चात् कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( केन्द्रीय) नियम, 1950 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम उक्त धारा की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित उन सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित करने का प्रस्ताव करती है जिनकी उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है तथा एतद्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख के 45 (पैंतालीस ) दिन के बाद विचार कियाः आएगा ।
1. उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में ऊपर निर्धारित अवधि के अंदर किसी व्यक्ति से कोई आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव प्राप्त होने पर केन्द्रीय सरकार उन पर विचार करेगी ।
2. आपत्तियां तथा सुझाव श्री एस. डी. जेवियर, अवर सचिव , श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , श्रम शक्ति भवन , रफी मार्ग , नई दिल्ली -110001 को भेजे जाने चाहिए ।
प्रारूप नियम
3. ये नियम कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( केन्द्रीय ) (प्रथम संशोधन)
नियम, 2007 कहलाएंगे ।
4. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( केन्द्रीय ) नियम 1950 में:--
(क) नियम 52 में " पचास रुपए " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सप्तर
रुपये " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 219(E). The following Dunft Rekes further to amend the Employees ' State Insurance (Central) Riskes, 1950 which the Central Government , after consulting the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Employees ' Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), is hereby published as required by Sub- section ( 1 ) ofthe said Section for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said Draft Rules will be taken into consideration after 45 (forty- five) days from the dateofpublication in the Official Gazette.
1. Any objection or suggestion , which may be received from any person in respect of the said Draft Rules within the period specified above, will be considered by the Central Government .
2.The objections and suggestions may be addressed to Shri S. D. Xavier , Under Secretary , Ministry of Labour and Employment , Shram Shakti Bhawan , Rafi Marg, New Delhi -110001.
DRAFT RULES
3. These Rules may be called the Employees' State Insurance (Central) (1st Amendment) Rules, 2007.
4.In theEmployees' State Insurance (Central)Rules, 1950:-
(a) In Rule 52, the words " rupees fifty" shall be substituted by the words "rupees seventy" ,
