नियम 1 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) में " लागत और संकर्म लेखापाल क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बैठकों की प्रक्रिया और बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों की सेवा के निबंधन और शर्तें तथा भत्ते नियम , 2006 " के स्थान पर " लागत और संकर्म लेखापाल (क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बैठकों की प्रक्रिया और बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों की सेवा के निबंधन और शर्तें तथा भत्ते ) नियम, 2006 " पढ़ा जाए ।

In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Company Affairs published in the Gazetteof India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub- section ( i) , dated the 27th November , 2006, vide G.S.R. 734 (E) dated the27thNovember, 2006 , at pages 3 to 5 in respect of the Cost and Works Accountants Procedures ofMectings of Quality ReviewBoard, and Terms and Conditions of Services and allowances to the Chairperson and members of the BoardRules , 2006, at page 3- 1
(a) in rule 1, in sub-rule ( 1 ) , for " Cost and Works Accountants Procedures ofmeeting of Quality Review Board and Terms and Conditions of service and allowances of the Chairperson and members ofthe Board Rules , 2006", read "Cost and Works Accountants (Procedures ofMeeting of Quality Review Board and Terms and Conditions of Service and Allowances of the Chairperson and Members of the Board) Rules, 2006".
(b) in rule 2, in the Definitions , in clause (a) for "Cost and works Accountants Act, 1949" , read "Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959" .

Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub - section (i ) , dated the 17th November, 2006, vide G.S.R.708 (E) dated the 17th November, 2006 , at pages 4 to 8 , in respect of the Chartered Accountants ( Election Tribunal ) Rules , 2006, at page 4, in rule 2, in clause ( f) for " Tribunal " means the Tribunal formed under Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 1 of the Act ' , read "Tribunal" means the Tribunal formed under Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 10B of the Act' .

(a) in Rule 2, in the Definitions ,-
(1) for serial numbers " (m), (n), (o) , (p) , (q) and (r) " read "(a) , (b), (c) , (d), (e) and (f) " ;
(ii) in clause ( f) , for "Tribunal " means the Tribunal formed under sub - section ( 1) of Section 1 of the Act', read "Tribunal" means the Tribunal formed under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10B of the Act'.
