सा.का.नि. 229( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , नोटेरी अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 के अधीन बनाए गए नोटेरी नियम , 1956 के नियम 4. के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय ( विधि कार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 354 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 जून, 2006 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, श्री आर. के. श्रीवास्तव, सहायक सरकारी काउंसेल, भारत सरकार, विधि कार्य विभाग , विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय को केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाले नोटरियों के संबंध में उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहीत करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 23rd March, 2007
G.S.R. 229(E) . In pursuance of sub- rule (1 ) of rule 4 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 made under Section 15 of the Notaries Act , 1952(53 of 1952) and in supersession ofthe Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofLaw and Justice (Department of Legal Affairs ) number G.S.R. 354 (E) , dated the 9th June , 2006, the Central Government hereby designates Sh . R.K. Srivastava , Assistant Government Counsel to the Government of India, in the Department of Legal Affairs,Ministry of Law and Justice as the officer for the purposes of the said rules in relation to notaries to be appointed by the Central Government .
2. This notification shall come into force on the date ofits publication in the Official Gazette.
