का.आ. 446( अ). वायुयान ( खतरनाक माल का वहन ) नियम , 2003 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) के अंतिम परंतुक के अनुसरण में तथा दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2003 के का.आ. 1474( अ ) के अधिक्रमण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार नागर विमानन विभाग के संयुक्त महानिदेशक , उप महानिदेशक तथा निदेशक ( सूचना एवं विनियम ) को उक्त परन्तुक के प्रयोजनों हेतु प्राधिकृत करती है ।

S.O. 446(E) . In pursuance ofthe last proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules,2003 and in supersession of S.O. 1474 (E) , dated 26th December , 2003 , the Central Government hereby authorises the JointDirectors General, the Deputy Directors General and the Director (Regulations and Information) of the Civil Aviation Department for the purposes of the aforesaid proviso.
