सा.का.नि. 233( अ ) - पर्यावरण ( सुरक्षा ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 12 और 13 की उप धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार दिनांक 21 सितंबर , 2006 को भारत के राजपत्र (अ ) के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की सा.का.नि. 586 (अ ) दिनांक 1 सितंबर, 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधिन करती है:-

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 26th March, 2007
G.S.R. 233 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 12 and Section 13 of the Environment (Protection ) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) the CentralGovernment hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests G.S.R. 586 (E) dated the 1st September , 2006 published in the Gazette of India ( Extraordinary ) Part II , Section 3 , sub - section (i) dated21st September, 2006 , namely:---
In the said notification , in paragraph 2 , for the numbers " 137 and 138 " , the numbers " 132 and 133 " shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 234 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Environment (Protection) Act . 1986 ( 29 of 1986 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests G.S.R. 585 ( E ) dated 1st September , 2006 published in the Gazette of India ( Extraordinary ) Part II , Section 3 , sub - section ( i ) dated 21st September , 2006, namely: --
In the said notification , in paragraph 1, for the words " Section 10 " , the words " Section 11 " shall be substituted.
