सा.का.नि. 241 ( अ ) भांडागारण निगम अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962का 58 ) की धारा 19 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा बिहार सरकार से परामर्श करने के बाद एतद्वारा बिहार राज्य भांडागारण निगम की अधिकृत पूंजी की अधिकतम सीमा बढ़ाकर 10 करोड़ रुपये की जाती है , जो प्रत्येक एक सौ रुपये के अंकित मूल्य के 10 लाख शेयरों में विभाजित होगी ।
G.S.R. 241 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 19 of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (58 of 1962) , the Central Government , after consultation with the Government of Bihar , hereby increases the maximum limit of the authorized capital of the Bihar State Warehousing Corporation toten crores of rupees , divided into ten lakhs shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
