सं. यू-23013/14/2006-एल. डब्ल्यू, ठेका श्रम (विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग I, खंड 1 में दिनांक 27 जून, 2006 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएं, अर्थात्:- 1
उक्त संकल्प में पैरा 2 में क्रम संख्या (6 ) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
सं. यू-23013/21 /2003- एल. डब्ल्यू ठेका श्रम (विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग 1, खंड 1 में दिनांक 8 दिसम्बर , 2003 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएं, अर्थात्:--
(6) क्षेत्रीय श्रमायुक्त ( केन्द्रीय ) , सदस्य-संयोजक
केन्द्रीय सदन, सैक्टर १ ए,
उक्त संकल्प में पैरा 2 में क्रम संख्या (3 ) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

No. U - 23013 /21/ 2003 - LW .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation andAbolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated 8th December, 2003 namely :-
No. U - 23013 / 14/2006 - LW .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated 27th June , 2006 namely :--
Inthe said Resolution for serial number (3) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
