का.आ. 456( अ ).- नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 ( 1994 का 44) की धारा 13 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) और (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की मुख्य मंत्री के साथ परामर्श , करके, श्री परिमल राय , आई. ए . एस. (एजीएमयू 85) को श्रीमती सिंधुश्री खुल्लर, आई . ए. एस . (एजीएमयू: 75) के स्थान पर नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् की अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1820 (अ) में श्री परिमल राय द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण की तारीख से प्रभावी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में "धारा 4 की उप- धारा (1 ) के खंड (क) के तहत नियुक्त" शीर्ष के तहत विद्यमान मद संख्या ( 1 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित मद संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" (1 ) श्री परिमल राय, आई. ए. एस. अध्यक्ष"

नोट: मुख्य अधिसूचना दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 की संख्या का. आ. 1820 (अ) के द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की गई थी तत्पश्चात् इसे दिनांक 14 जुलाई, 2006 की संख्या का. आ. 1099 (अ) , दिनांक 28 दिसम्बर , 2006 की संख्या का. आ. 2158 (अ) और दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 2007 की संख्या का. आ. 43 (अ ) द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ।
MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 26th March, 2007
S.O.456 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4, read with Sub- sections ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of Section 13 , of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994 ) , the Central Government , in consultation with the Chief Minister of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Shri Parimal Rai , IAS ( AGMU : 85 ) to be the Chairperson of the New Delhi Municipal Council, vice Smt . Sindhushree Khullar , IAS (AGMU : 75 ) , and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O.1820 ( E ) , dated the 27th December , 2005 , with effect from the date Shri Parimal Rai assumes charge , namely: -
In the said notification , under the heading " Appointed under clause ( a) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 " , for the existing item number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide number S.O.1820 (E ) dated the 27th December , 2005 and subsequently amended vide number S.O.1099 (E) dated the 14th July. 2006, number S.O.2158 ( E ) dated 28th December , 2006 , and number S.0.43 (E ) dated 15th January, 2007.
