(i ) नियम 2 में दूसरी पंक्ति में, " उपनियम ( ययय ) (23 ) " शब्दों व अंकों के स्थान पर " उपनियम (ययय) (24 ) " पढ़े ।

In the notification ofGovernment ofIndia, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department ofHealth) No. G.S.R. 773 (E) dated 29-12-2006 [Prevention of Food Adulteration ( 10th Amendment ) Rules , 2006] published in Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (i ) atpage 1-8 ofthe Gazette of India, Extraordinary:
(i) At page 5, in sub -rule (2) ofrule 1, for the words and figures " on the 30th day of March, 2007", readthe words and figures "on 01-01-2008 ".
(ii) At page 5, in rule 2, second line, for the words and figures "sub- rule (ZZZ) (23) read thewords and figures "sub -rule (ZZZ) (24)" .
(ii) At page 6, first line, for the words and figures "(ZZZ) (24)" readthe words and figures "(ZZZ) (25)" .
(iv) At page 6, in rule 4, fourth line, for the words and figures " sub - rule (ZZZ) (24) " , read the words and figures " sub-rule (ZZZ) (25) " .
