झारखंड राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 275 के खंड ( 2 ) द्वारा. प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बारहवें वित्त आयोग की सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं , अर्थात्:-
कर्नाटक 1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम संविधान ( राजस्व वितरण) आदेश , 2007 है ।

मध्य प्रदेश
महाराष्ट्र 2. साधारण खंड अधिनियम , 1897 ( 1897 का 10 ) इस आदेश के निर्वचन के लिए उसी प्रकार लागू होगा जिस प्रकार वह किसी केन्द्रीय अधिनियम के निर्वचन के लिए लागू होता है ।

पंजाब 3. ( 1 ) अनुच्छेद 275 के खंड ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसार , 1 अप्रैल , 2006 को प्रारंभ होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष में , नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक राज्य के लिए राजस्वों में सहायता अनुदान के रूप में , उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उसके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट राशियां, सड़कों और पुलों के अनुरक्षण पर व्यय मद्दे भारत की संचित निधि पर भारित होंगी, अर्थात्:-

(1) In accordance with the provisions of clause ( 1) ofArticle 275 , there shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of India, in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of April , 2006 , as grants- in - aid of the revenues to each of the States specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table below, the sums specified against it in each of the column (2) of the said Table , towards expenditure on maintenance of roads and bridges , namely:-

(2) Any sum or sums payable under sub - paragraph (1) shall be in addition to any sum or sums payable to the States under each of the provisos to clause ( 1) of Article 275.
