(2) उप- पैरा ( 1 ) के अधीन संदेय कोई राशि वा राशियां, अनुच्छेद 275 के खंड ( 1 ) के परंतुकों में से प्रत्येक के अधीन राज्यों को संदेय किसी राशि या राशियों के अतिरिक्त होंगी ।
राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 275 के खंड (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बारहवें वित्त आयोग की सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्:-

राष्ट्रपति ।" 1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम संविधान ( राजस्व वितरण) संख्यांक 7 आदेश , 2007 है ।

के.एन. चतुर्वेदी, सचिव 2. साधारण खंड अधिनियम , 1897 ( 1897 का 10 ) इस आदेश के निर्वाचन के लिए उसी प्रकार लागू होगा जिस प्रकार वह किसी केन्द्रीय अधिनियम के निर्वाचन के लिए लागू होता हैं ।

G.S.R. 251 (E) . The following Order made by the President is published for general information :
3. ( 1 ) अनुच्छेद 275 के खंड ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसार, 1 अप्रैल , 2006 को प्रारंभ होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष में , नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक राज्य के लिए राजस्वों में सहायता अनुदान के रूप में, उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में प्रत्येक के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट राशियां, शिक्षा सेक्टर पर व्यय मद्दे भारत की संचित निधि पर भारित होंगी , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2 ) of Article 275 of the Constitution , the President , after having considered the recommendations of the Twelfth Finance Commission , hereby makes the following Order , namely:--

1. This Order may be called the Constitution (Distribution of Revenues) No. 7 Order , 2007 .

2. The General Clauses Act, 1897 ( 10 of 1897) , shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of a Central Act.
(2) Any sum or sums payable under sub- paragraph ( 1) shall be in addition to any sum or sums payable to the States under each of the provisos to clause ( 1 ) of Article 275.

3. (1 ) In accordance with the provisions of clause ( 1 ) ofArticle 275 , there shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of India , in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of April, 2006, as grants - in- aid of the revenues to each of the States specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table below, the suis specified against it in each of the column (2) of the said Table , towards expenditure on education sector, namely :
