New Delhi , the 29th March, 2007 No. 56 (RE- 2006)/2004-2009
S.O. 497 (E) . In exercise of powers conferredby Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 38 (RE -2006)/2004-2009dated 22nd December , 2006 , as under :-
का.आ. 497( अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 केपैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्द्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 38 (आर ई -2006 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2006 में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है:-
1. The existing policy for items falling at Exim Codes1001 10 90 (Durum Wheat : Other) and 1001 90 20 (OtherWheat) shall remain in abeyance till 31st December, 2007. During this period import of these items will be allowed freely.
1. एग्जिम कोड 10011090 ( ड्यूरम गेहूँ अन्य) और 1001 90 20 ( अन्य गेहूँ) पर आने वाली मदों के लिए मौजूदा नीति 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 तक आस्थगित रहेगी। इस अवधि के दौरान इन मदों का आयात मुक्त रूप से अनुमत होगा ।
2. This issues in public interest.
