सा.का.नि. 256 ( अ )-राजनयिक अधिकारी ( शपथ एवं शुल्क ) अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 41 ) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार राजनयिक एवं कॉसली अधिकारी ( शुल्क ) नियमावली , 1949 को संशोधित करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , नामतः :- :
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को राजजियक एवं कोंसली अधिकारी ( शुल्क ) संशोधन नियमावली , 2007 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू हो जाएंगे ।
2. राजनयिक एवं कोंसली अधिकारी ( शुल्क ) नियमावली, 1949 में अनुसूची I , खण्ड 9 ( अन्य सेवाओं के संबंध में शुल्क ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः:
जिस मामले में शुल्क लगाया जा सकता है
शुल्क की सीमा अमरीकी डालरों में (भारत के बाहर लागू) यूरो में (उन देशों पर लागू होगी जहां की मुद्रा यूरो है)

9(क) " कोंसली मेनुअल के अनुसार अन्य विविध साक्ष्यांकन , सिविल प्रमाण-पत्रों को जारी करना नोटरी सेवाएं जो उपर्युक्त में से किसी श्रेणी में नहीं आता है , जन्म का पंजीकरण और प्रविष्टि की एक प्रति"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th March , 2007
G.S.R. 256 ( E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Diplomatic Officers ( Oaths and Fees ) Act , 1948 ( 41 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Diplomatic and Consular Officers ( Fees ) Rules. 1949 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Diplomatic and Consular Officers ( Fees ) Amendment Rules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees ) Rules , 1949 , for Schedule , 1. Clanse 4 ( Fee in respect of other services) , the following shall be substituted namely:--
