का.आ. 501 ( अ ) -बैंककारी कंपनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 9 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श करने के बाद , एतद्द्वारा भारत ओवरसीज बैंक लि. ( इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक को उपक्रम का अंतरण ) स्कीम, 2007 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती
S.O.501 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under clause ( c) of sub - section (2) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings ) Act, 1970, the Central Government after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby makes the following scheme to amend the Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd. (Transfer of Undertaking to the Indian Overseas Bank) Scheme, 2007 , namely :-
है, नामतः:-
1. (1) The scheme may be called the Bharat Over- seas Bank Ltd. (Transfer of Undertaking to the IndianOverseas Bank) Amended Scheme, 2007.
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम को भारत ओवरसीज बैंक लि. ( इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक को उपक्रम का अंतरण ) संशोधन स्कीम , 2007 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) It shall come into force , on the date of its pub- lication inthe Official Gazette.
(2 ) यह सरकारी राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख कोलागू होगी ।
2. In the Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd. (Transfer of Undertaking to the Indian Overseas Bank) Scheme, 2007, in Chapter 1 in clause 2, for sub- clause(5) , the following sub- clause shall be sub- stituted namely :-
2. भारत ओवरसीज बैंक लि. ( इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक को उपक्रम का अंतरण ) स्कीम , 2007 में अध्याय 1 खण्ड 2 में उप-खण्ड ( 5 ) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप - खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः :-
"(5) ' the effective date ' shall mean the close of business hours on the 31st March, 2007. " " ( 5 ) ' प्रभावी तारीख ' का अर्थ 31 मार्च, 2007 को कारोबार बंद होने का समय होगा । "
