का.आ 509 (अ) .-केंद्रीय सरकार , पेटेंट ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 15 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 2 अप्रैल , 2007 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिससे उक्त अधिनियम के निम्नलिखित उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे , अर्थात्:-
1. धारा 37 के खंड ( क ) का उप - खंड ( ii ) और खंड ( ख);
2. धारा 41;
3. धारा 42;
4. धारा 47;
5. धारा 59;
6. धारा 60;
7. धारा 61;
8. धारा 62;
9. धारा 63; और
10. धारा 74 ।

NewDelhi , the 2nd April , 2007
S.O. 509 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred byub -section (2) of Section 1 of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 (15 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of April, 2007 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-
1. sub -clause ( ii ) of clause ( a) , and clause (b) of Section 37;
2. Section 41 ;
3. Section 42;
4. Section 47;
5. Section 59;
6. Section 60;
7. Section 61;
8. Section 62;.
9. Section 63 ; and
10. Section 74.

का.आ 510 (अ) .-केंद्रीय सरकार , पेटेंट ( संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 38 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 2 अप्रैल , 2007 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिससे उक्त अधिनियम के निम्नलिखित उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे , अर्थात्: -
1. धारा 3 के खंड ( क) का उप- खंड ( क ) और खंड ( झ ) के उप -खंड (प ) की मद (आ);
2. धारा 35;
3. धारा 36 का खंड ( क) ;
4. धारा 47; और
5. धारा 64 का खंड ( घ) ।

1. sub - clause ( a ) of clause ( a) and item (b) of sub- clause (u) of clause ( i ) of Section 3;
2. section 35:
3. clause (a) of section 36;
4. section 47; and
5. clause (d) of section 64.
