सं. 8 ( 11 )/2005-आईपीआर-1.- राष्ट्रपति, श्री एस. चन्द्रशेखरन को दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 2007 की पूर्वाह्न से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा श्री एस. चन्द्रशेखरन द्वारा 62 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर लेने तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , बौद्धिक सम्पदा अपीलीय बोर्ड, चेन्नई में तकनीकी सदस्य ( पेटेंट ) नियुक्त करते हैं ।
2. बौद्धिक सम्पदाअपीलीय बोर्ड में तकनीकी सदस्य ( पेटेंट ) के रूप में श्री एस. चन्द्रशेखरन को देय वेतन तथा भत्ते और सेवा की शर्तें जिनके द्वारा वह प्रशासित होंगे समय- समय पर यथा संशोधित " बौद्धिक सम्पदा अपीलीय बोर्ड ( अध्यक्ष , उपाध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों को देय वेतन तथा भत्ते तथा सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियमावली , 2003 " के अनुसार होंगे ।

No. 8( 11)/2005 - IPR. L-The President is pleased to appoint Shri S. Chandrasekaran as Technical Member (Patents) inIntellectual Property Appellate Board, Chennai with effect from forenoon of 2nd April, 2007 for a period of five years or till Shri S. Chandrasekaran attains the age of 62 years , or until further orders , whichever is earliest.
2. The salary and allowances payable to Shri S. Chandrasekaran as Technical Member (Patents ) in the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and the conditions of service by which he will be governed , shall be in accordance with the provisions ofthe' Intellectual PropertyAppellate Board (Salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions ofservice of Chairman , Vice- Chairman and Members ) Rules , 2003" as amended from time to time .
