सं. 10( 3 /2007 -डी.बी.ए.- II/एन.ई.आर.. केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के समय -समय पर यथा संशोधित दिनांक 23 जुलाई , 1971 की अधिसूचना सं. 6/26/71-आई.सी. में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
1. " प्रारंभ तथा अवधि " शीर्षक के तहत पैरा -2 में मौजूदा पैरा के अंत में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाए :-
" इस योजना को अरुणाचल प्रदेश , असम , मणिपुर, मेघालय , मिजोरम, नागालैण्ड, त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम , जम्मू और कश्मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश , उत्तराखण्ड , पश्चिम बंगाल का दार्जिलिंग जिला , केन्द्र शासित क्षेत्र अण्डमान तथा निकोबार द्वीप समूह व लक्षद्वीप के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 2007 से र्तमान में लागू समान शर्तों और नियमों के अनुसार और आगे बढ़ाया जाता है । तथापि संभावित चोरी और दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए आवश्यक संरक्षात्मक उपाय करने के उद्देश्य से शीघ्र ही इस योजना का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd April, 2007
1 No. 10(3)/2007 - DBA - II/NER . The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification ofthe Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Industrial Development Notification No. 6/26/71 - IC , dated the 23rd July, 1971 , as amended from time to time .
1. In para 2 , under the heading ' Commencement and Duration' , the following may be added at the end of the existing para:- /
"The Scheme is further extended from 1st April , 2007 for the States of Arunachal Pradesh , Assam , Manipur , Meghalaya, Mizoram , Nagaland , Tripura, Sikkim , Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh , Uttarakhand , Darjeeling District of West Bengal , Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep, on the same terms and conditions as applicable at present . However , an early evaluation of the scheme will be carried out with a view to introducing necessary safeguards to prevent possible leakages and misuse . "
