सा.का.नि. 273( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग अधिनियम , 2004 (2005 का 2 ) की धारा 24 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( कक ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग ( अपील के लिए प्रक्रिया ) नियम , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग ( अपील के लिए प्रक्रिया) संशोधन नियम, 2007 है ।
(2') ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग ( अपील के लिए प्रक्रिया ) नियम, 2006 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है) के नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 3 ) में " प्रक्रिया " के स्थान पर " अतिरिक्त प्रतियां " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 5 , में,-
(क) उप- नियम (4 ) में " (4 ) " कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) उप - नियम (5 ) में " ( 5 ) " कोष्ठक और अंक के स्थान पर " ( 4 ) " कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
4. उक्त नियमों के नियम 6 की तीसरी पंक्ति में " के कागज " के स्थान पर " के मोटे कागज " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
5. उक्त नियमों के नियम 16 में " अपील को पुनःग्रहण " शब्दों के स्थान पर " अपील पुनःग्रहण " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
6. उक्त नियमों के प्ररूप 1 में,
(क) पैरा 9 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" 9 ईप्सत अनुतोष.-ऊपर पैरा 7 में उल्लिखित तथ्यों की दृष्टि से अपीलार्थी निम्नलिखित अनुतोषों के लिए प्रार्थना करता है । " (ख) हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।
7. उक्त नियमों के प्ररूप 4 के पैरा 1 में " पारित आदेश से " शब्दों के स्थान पर " पारित इस आदेश से " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th March , 2007
G.S.R. 273 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with clause ( aa) of sub- section (2) of Section 24 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act , 2004 (2 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Procedure for Appeal) Rules , 2006 , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement. ( 1) These rules may be called the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions ( Procedure for Appeal) Amendment Rules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publciation in the Official Gazette .
2. In the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Procedure for Appeal ) Rules , 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) , in rule 4, in sub - rule (3 ), for the word " exracopies " , the word " extracopies " shall be substituted .
3. In the said rules , in rule 5,-
(a) in sub -rule ( 4) , for the brackets and figures " (4 ) " , the brackets and figures " ( 3 )" , shall be substituted ;
(b) in sub - rule (5 ) , for the brackets and figures " (5) " , the brackets and figures " (4 ) " , shall be substituted;
4. In the said rules , in rule 6, for the word " these " the word " thick " shall be substituted .
5. In the said rules , in rule 16 for the word " appealed " , the word " appeal " shall be substituted .
6. In the said rules , in Form No. 1,-
(a) for para 9 , the following para shall be substituted , namely:---
9. Relief sought. In view of the facts mentioned in paragraph seven above , the appellant prays for the following reliefs . "
(b) Para " 11 and 12" shall be renumbered as para " 10 and 11 " respectively .
7. In the said rules , in form No. 4, in para 1, for the word " form" , the word " from " shall be substituted .
Note : The principal rules were published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II. Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) , vide No. G.S.R. 553 , dated 14th September , 2006.

2. ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थान आयोग ( वार्षिक रिपोर्ट ) नियमावली , 2005 की परिशिष्ट में, क्रम संख्यांक 7 की प्रविष्टि में " विश्वविद्यालयों " शब्द के पूर्व आने वाले " अनुसूचित " शब्द का लोप किया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with clause (d) of sub - section (2 ) of Section 24 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act , 2004 ( 2 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Annual Report ) Rules , 2005 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Annual Report) AmendmentRules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Annual Report ) Rules , 2005 , in Appendix, in the entry at serial number 7 , the word " scheduled" occurring before the word " universities " shall be omitted.
