का.आ. 1.562(अ), प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 21 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय [ पूर्व आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ( बैंकिंग प्रभाग ) ] की 30 मार्च , 1986 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 126( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः :-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में " जिला ठाणे " शब्दों के स्थान पर " जिला ठाणे , नासिक, धुले और नान्दुरबार " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th September , 2007
S.O. 1562 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (erstwhile Department of Economic Affairs) (Banking Division) , number S.O. 126 (E) , dated the 30th March, 1986, namely:-
In the said notification , for the words " district of Thane " , the words " district of Thane , Nasik, Dhule and Nandurbar" shall be substituted .

का.आ. 1563(अ) .-प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 21 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय [ पूर्व आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ( बैंकिंग प्रभाग ) ] की 6 दिसम्बर , 1982 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 1 ( 29 )/82- आरआरबी ( 1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः:-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में " महाराष्ट्र राज्य के औरंगाबाद और जालना जिले " शब्दों के स्थान पर " महाराष्ट्र राज्य के औरंगाबाद , जालना , अहमदनगरं और जलगांव जिले " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

No.1 (29 )/ 82 - RRB ( 1 ) , dated the 6th December , 1982 , namely :---
F. No. 1 / 14/2007 - RRB ] In the said notification, for the words " of the districts of Aurangabad and Jalna in the State of Maharashtra " , the words " of the districts of Aurangabad , Jalna , Ahmadnagar and Jalgaon in the State of Maharashtra " shall be substituted. [
