का.आ. 1574( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची में , पंजाब से संबंधित मद 30ख और इससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 1574(E) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , the Central Government , after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy , hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : ----
Inthe said Second Schedule, after item 30B relating to PUNJAB and the entries thereto , the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely : -

का.आ. 1575( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिनियम द्वितीय अनुसूची में, विनायक मिशन यूनिवर्सिटी , सेलम , तमिलनाडु से संबंधित क्रम सं. 13 ञ के सामने कॉलम 2 , 3 और 4 में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्

In the said Second Schedule of the said Act against serial number 13J relatingto Vinayak Mission University, Salem , Tamil Nadu , after the existing entries in columns 2 , 3 and4, the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-
