का.आ. 1594(अ).-खादी और ग्रामोद्योग नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 15 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 61 ) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार एतद्वारा सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय ( पूर्ववर्ती कृषि एवं ग्रमीण उद्योग मंत्रालय ) के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक । मार्च, 2007 के का.आ. 306 ( अ ) में संशोधन करती है , नामतः :-
सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 3 और 4 में उल्लिखित सदस्यों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित सदस्य प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे: -
" 3. श्री पादी युबे, आंचलिक सदस्य ( पूर्वोत्तर अंचल ) , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग , 3 इर्ला रोड , विले पार्ले ( प. ) मुम्बई ।
4. डॉ. पी. एल. धर , विशेषज्ञ सदस्य ( विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी ) , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग , 3 इर्ला रोड , विले पार्ले ( प. ) मुम्बई। "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st September , 2007
S.O. 1594 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act , 1956 (61 of 1956) read with rule 15 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby amends the Notification number S.O. 306 (E), dated the 1st March, 2007, in the Gazette ofIndia, Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (the erstwhile Ministry of Agro and Rural Industries) , namely:-
In the said notification, for the Members at serial numbers 3 and 4, the following shall be substituted, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely:-
"3. The Zonal Member (North-Eastern Zone ) , Shri Padi Yubbe, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, 3 , Irla Road, Vile Parle (W) , Mumbai.
4. The Expert Member (Science and Technology) , Dr. P.L. Dhar , Khadi and Village Industries Commission , 3 , Irla Road , Vile Parle (W) , Mumbai ."
