का. आ. 1591 (अ). राष्ट्रीय औषघ मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 637 ( अ ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषघ (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप -पैरा ( 1 ) और पैरा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और पैट्रोरसायन विभाग ) के आदेश सं. का. आ. 845 (अ ) तारीख 15 जून , 2005 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध नेप्रोक्सेन और नेप्रोक्सेन सोडियम से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्तं करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधि का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

S.O. 1591(E) . In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub -paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 and paragraph 11 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 (E) , dated the September 4, 1997 and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers ( Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) number S.O. 845 (E), dated 15th June , 2005 , in so far as it relates to Naproxen and Naproxen Sodium, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price ( exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry incolumn(2) thereof shall be sold.
