S.O. 1603 (E) . In pursuance of Section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the vacancy in the Council of States is published for general information:-
का.आ. 1603(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसके अंतर्गत ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है , जो राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुआ है, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :-
