का.आ. 1599(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , नागपटनम को तमिलनाडु राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 67 के.0.000 कि.मी. से 17.000 कि.मी. ( विद्यमान चैनेज ) तक के भूखण्ड तक उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/चार लेन बनाने आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

New Delhi , the 13th September , 2007
S.O. 1599 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a ) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 ( 48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the District Revenue Officer , Nagapattinam , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from Km.0 +000 to Km . 17+000 ( existing chainage ) of the National Highway No.67 for building ( widening / four- laning , etc. ) , maintenance , management and of the said national highway operation in the State of TamilNadu as specified in the Schedule given below.
