का.आ. 1633( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार ने अहमदाबाद ( गुजरात ) , हाजीपुर ( बिहार ) , हैदराबाद ( आंध्र प्रदेश ) , कोलकाता ( पश्चिमी बंगाल ) , गुवाहाटी ( असम ) और रायबरेली ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) में राष्ट्रीय औषध शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान की स्थापना करने का विनिश्चय किया है।
S.O. 1633 (E) .-Whereas , the Central Government has decided to establish National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) , Hajipur (Bihar) , Hyderabad ( Andhra Pradesh) , Kolkata (West Bengal ) , Guwahati (Assam ) and Raebareli (UttarPradesh) .
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय औषध शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान अधिनियम , 1998 ( 1998 का 13 ) की धारा 4 कीउप- धारा ( 2 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , शैक्षणिक वर्ष, 2007-2008 से, अहमदाबाद ( गुजरात ) , हाजीपुर ( बिहार ) , हैदराबाद (आंध्र प्रदेश ) , कोलकाता ( पश्चिमी बंगाल ) , प्रत्येक में पृथक निगमित निकाय के रूप में राष्ट्रीय औषध शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान की स्थापना करती है।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2A) of section 4 of the National Institute ofPharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998 ( 13 of 1998) , the Central Government hereby establishes National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research at Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Hajipur (Bihar), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) , Kolkata (West Bengal) each as a separate body corporate, from the academic year , 2007-2008 .
