नई दिल्ली , 28 सितम्बर , 2007 का.आ. 1677( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 671 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः- उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 में " ग्यारह वर्ष " शब्दों के स्थान पर " ग्यारह वर्ष तीन माह की अवधि के लिए " शब्द स्खे जायेंगे ।

New Delhi, the 28th September , 2007
S.O. 1677( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 671 (E) , dated the 30th September, 1996, namely:-
In the said notification , in paragraph 1 , for the words "for a period of eleven years " , the words " for a period of eleven years and three months" shall be substituted .
