का.आ. 1674(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 'भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य , कृषि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 301, तारीख 27 फरवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
( 1) मद सं. ( xvi ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

अधिसूचना
नई दिल्ली, 28 सितम्बर , 2007 S.O. 1674 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act , 1968 (46 of 1968 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India inthe erstwhile-Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation, number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February, 1971 , namely :---
In the said notification, -
(1) for item (xvi ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
का.आ. 1675(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कृषि मंत्रालय , कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 79( अ) , तारीख 3 फरवरी , 1997 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
