New Delhi , the 1st October , 2007
G.S.R. 639 (E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 and Sub- section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Principal Officer (I/C) , Mercantile Marine Department, Kandla on the Board of Trustees of the Kandla PortTrust Vice Principal Officer ( I/C) , Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai as a Trustee upto 31-3-2008 and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No.G. S.R. 306 (E) dated 23rd May, 2006 .
सा.का.नि. 639(अ), महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (6 ) और धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके , केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रधान अधिकारी ( प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्यिक विभाग , मुम्बई के स्थान पर, प्रधान अधिकारी ( प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्यिक विभाग , कांडला को 31-3-2008 तक एतद्वारा , कांडला पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में एक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 23 मई , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 306 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. In the said Notification , against serial number 5 for the words "Principal Officer (I /C) , Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai " the words "Principal Officer ( I/ C), Mercantile Marine Department , Kandla " shall be substituted.
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 05 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " प्रधान अधिकारी ( प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्यिक विभाग , मुम्बई" को " प्रधान अधिकारी ( प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्यिक विभाग , कांडला " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।

G.S.R. 640 (E ) .In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub- section ( 1) read with Sub- section (6) of Section 3 and Sub - section (2 ) of Section 10 of the Major PortTrusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman , Gujarat Maritime Board , Gandhinagar on the Board of Trustees of the Kandla Port Trust Vice Secretary, Ports and Transport Department , Government of Gujarat , Gandhinagar as a 'Trustee upto 31-3-2008 and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing ) No. G. S.R. 306 (E) dated 23rd May, 2006 .

In the saidNotification , against serial number 6 for the words " Secretary Ports and Transport Department , Block No. 2. 2nd Floor , Sachivalaya , Gandhinagar " the words "Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman , Gujarat Maritime Board, Opp . Airforce Station, Sector - 10A, Gandhinagar " shall be substituted.
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 6 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " सचिव, पत्तन और परिवहन विभाग , ब्लॉक नं. 2 , दूसरा तल , सचिवालय , गांधीनगर " को " मुख्य कार्यापालक अधिकारी एवं उपाध्यक्ष, गुजरात मैरीटाइम बोर्ड , एयरफोर्स स्टेशन के सामने , सेक्टर -10 ए , गांधी नगर " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।
