का.आ. 1695( अ ) -विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 540 (अ ) , तारीख 10 अप्रैल , 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, कुल क्षेत्र , जिसे " 16 हेक्टेयर " दर्शाया गया है , के स्थान पर " 16.19 हेक्टेयर " रखा जाए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd October , 2007
S.O. 1695(E) .-The Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , number S.O. 540 (E ), dated 10thApril, 2007, namely:-
Inthe said notification, the total area, which is shown as '16 hectares' may be replaced as '16 .19 hectares ' .
