का.आ. 1696(अ ) विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1548 (अ ) , तारीख 14 सितम्बर, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " फेस- III " शब्दों के स्थान पर " फेस- II " रखा जाए ।

New Delhi, the 3rd October , 2007
S.O. 1696 (E ) .-The Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , number S.O. 1548 (E) , dated 14thSeptember , 2007, namely :---
Inthe said notification, the word ' Phase - III ' may be replaced as ' Phase- II ' .
