का.आ. 1700( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अनुसूची के , " यूनानी " विषयक भाग II में, " मध्य प्रदेश " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत , क्रमांक 9ङ और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act , 1970 (48 of 1970 ) , the Central Government , after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely :→
